    Hello Agentless Email experts,

    For the outbound agentless email campaign, I understand we need to create an email subdomain for campaigns.

    We have two Genesys cloud instances and our company email domain is assigned to one of the instances.
       XYZUSA - does not have a custom domain
       XYZEU -  does have custom domain XYZ.com
     
    I want to develop and test an outbound agentless email campaign on XYZUSA for security reasons.
     
    Can I do the following?
    1. Create my email subdomain for campaigns on XYZUSA (e.g. TEST.XYZUSA.com)
    2. Add this email subdomain to our DNS
    3. Test my campaign on TEST.XYZUSA.com.
    4. When ready for production on XYZEU, I recreate my campaign on XYZEU
    5. Create my email subdomain for campaigns on XYZEU (e.g. PROD.XYZEU.com)
    6. Add this email subdomain to our DNS
     
    This should allow me to have a test and production environment.

    I have not tried this approach. I am reviewing this with Genesys, my network team, and my email team before we test this approach.
