thanks a lot for your response, but my scenario is different.
It's not an inbound call, but an outbound call.
Scenario : user A Genesys makes a call to user B Genesys with call forwarding to user C PSTN.
User A sees the number of user C.
Customer ask us if there is a configuration on Genesys in order to user A sees number of user B (and not number of user C).
