thanks a lot for your response, but my scenario is different.
It's not an inbound call, but an outbound call.
Scenario : user A Genesys makes a call to user B Genesys with call forwarding to user C PSTN.
User A sees the number of user C.
Customer ask us if there is a configuration on Genesys in order to user A sees number of user B (and not number of user C).

for our customer, we have an extension with a call forwarding to an external number.
Our customer would appreciate the following behavior: when a Genesys user makes a call to this extension, when external number answers the call, Genesys user calling sees the phone number of external number.
Is there the possibility to hide number of the external number and mantain only the number of called extension?
