    Hello, I am fairly new to Genesys / Purecloud.  Is there a report that will show me Outbound Average Talk Time only?

    If you are talking about campaigns, the Campaign Performance can show that. If you are talking about queues, you can show the average talk and filter for only outbound calls.  For agents, you can do the same with the outbound filter.
