    It´s not a big problem but it would be good if the call was recorded as an interaction even if we hang up before we reach the customer or voicemail.  This will give as a proof that we have called the customer.

    Hello Tobias. To clarify, are you looking for an audio recording that you can play back, or do you want a record that the call happened?
