Well, yes and no... it appears that the Genesys / SF package (CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce) syncs the data in specific setups. For our environment, we need to sync the contact list with SF, at least by the end of the day, to update the leads in SF. The problem is that there has to be a specific schedule, time, and end of the campaign.
So, the solution up to now is to have a job in SF that would pull the contact list results and sync them with SF, but we are still looking for a solution.

Are you on the latest version of these:
CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce package version 2.4
CX Cloud, Voice for Salesforce Service Cloud package version 2.4
Outbound Campaign Management for Salesforce Cloud package version 1.0
Also, are you see ANY errors in the Outbound log in Genesys or in Salesforce?
Did you insure you setup the sync fully: Configure Genesys Cloud contact list sync job - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

We are using CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce. For example, I see the Contact List Column CallRecordLastAttempt-Phone in Genesys Cloud. This column is supposed to sync in Salesforce, but it is not updating Salesforce, and we recycled, started, and stopped the campaign.

/First, are you using the CTI or CX Cloud integration. With CX Cloud, that integration just came out, so may have some issues to be worked out. On the CTI, is it pulling in the Wrap-up code?
