Workforce Engagement Management

In recent weeks, I have been evaluating the Genesys email functionality for WFM communications. It has proven to be quite beneficial for tracking productivity and managing alerts. However, I've encountered a potential limitation regarding the number of recipients that can be included in a single email. Does this limitation exist, and if so, what is the maximum number of recipients allowed, and why is this restriction in place? Additionally, is there an existing method to create distribution lists, or is this a feature that requires future development?
