Hi - I am currently in the process of setting up microsoft graph integration to bring outlook email into genesys for a small segment of my users. I have followed the steps as outlined in resources and have successfully been able to send an email into Genesys and reply to that email. However, when I attempt to initiate an email and send (on behalf of a queue) out of Genesys it is not working. I enter the queue and I enter the email address and click the email icon and literally nothing happens. Any thoughts as to why this would happen - what did I miss?
