  • 1.  Outbound Email not sending - Microsoft Graph

    Hi - I am currently in the process of setting up microsoft graph integration to bring outlook email into genesys for a small segment of my users.  I have followed the steps as outlined in resources and have successfully been able to send an email into Genesys and reply to that email.  However, when I attempt to initiate an email and send  (on behalf of a queue) out of Genesys it is not working.   I enter the queue and I enter the email address and click the email icon and literally nothing happens.  Any thoughts as to why this would happen - what did I miss?

    Hello Janine,

    First thing that comes to mind is : Have you configured an e-mail address on the queue under the Email tab?

    Thank you for your response.

     

    Yes, there is an email configured.

     

    Mailbox Address             uhcg_genesys_spt_uat@uhcglobal.com

    From Email Address      uhcg_genesys_spt_uat@uhcglobal.com

     

    Still not getting opportunity to initiate a new email from Genesys.

    Hi,

    Just to verify, it is configured in the Outbound Email Address field on the queue you're trying to send on behalf of?

    Thank you so much for your clarification.  I had scanned over this page multiple times and it never registered that I hadn't included it there.
