    Hello Genesys Community,

    I have a question regarding the web messaging widget and its tracking capabilities in relation to proactive engagement features.

    When implementing the web messaging widget on our website, I understand that it enables customer navigation tracking across the site for proactive engagement purposes. However, I need to know if it's possible to exclude specific pages from this tracking behavior while still maintaining the messaging widget functionality on those pages.

    The goal is to have certain pages (for example, sensitive pages like checkout, account settings, or privacy-related sections) excluded from the proactive engagement tracking system, but still allow customers to continue their existing chat conversations if they navigate to these pages. In other words, I want to:

    1. Keep the messaging widget active and functional on all pages
    2. Exclude specific pages from proactive engagement tracking/triggers
    3. Maintain chat session continuity when customers move between tracked and non-tracked pages

    Any guidance, documentation references, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
