We are starting to build a PCI compliant IVR where the Agents will transfer the caller to the secure IVR to capture PCI data. I would like the agent to be able to see status of the progression of the caller through the IVR. Some years ago we had seen a demo where the agent can see that the caller is inputting data. Not the actual data. such as Account number [****], CVN [*]... Is there an out of the box widget which provides this functionality.
