    Does anyone know when it will be possible to send/receive PDF files via Genesys Web Messaging?

    The corresponding Idea has been accepted: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-153
    We haven't started the necessary work yet, so cannot provide accurate estimates, but we do want to prioritize among our upcoming investments.

    Thanks Angelo,

    The idea is to add support to files such as DOC and PDF or Genesys web messaging will work with "Supported Content Profiles" to allow the file types inbound/outbound?

    We have not gone into the technical solution yet: at high-level, the functionality would be equivalent to Supported Content Profiles.
