  • 1.  Pending Evaluation Status

    Hi there, 

    I saw an evaluation was completed and reviewed by the agent. When we download the data it shows their evaluation score as, "Pending".  I tried to find my answer in the genesys cloud network, but it doesn't seem to be matching what we are experiencing. The evaluations have been completed, released and reviewed. Do you know if there is a timeframe from when it is completed vs. available to download?

    Hi Caitlyn

    I tested this on my side and the status and score was available immediately after I reviewed and accepted as the agent.

    Just to confirm, the agent accepted the evaluation on their side as well?

    Can you perhaps share a screenshot if possible.
