    No replies, thread closed.

    Because Genesys does not allow sorting by Last, First format, I have to do a search for people individually.  However, Genesys does not remember the people I have selected when I check the box.  Is there a way for me to select multiple users by searching by name?

    Unfortunately not - and I'm sure that's frustrating. We're going to be making major improvements to the People management UI next year - sort will be among them!

    There is a work around, a little annoying but, add the people you want to change to a Group, then in People screen, search by group.

    Keeping agents ticked when doing a search would be a welcome addition for sure.
