I'm getting the following error even though I have Master Admin assigned to the OUauth user I created and am using. Any ideas?
Unable to perform the requested action. You must have at least one of the following permissions assigned: [analytics:evaluationAggregate:view]

I don't mean to be pedantic, but that correlation ID goes with a request that was made using client credentials, not a user; the permissions of any given user have no bearing on requests made with a client credentials auth token. Check to be sure the cited permission is assigned to the role that's assigned to the OAuth client.
