Hello,

We are attempting to use "Enter notes for an interaction" feature (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/enter-notes-for-an-interaction/) and need clarification on which permissions are required for users to be able to:

• Add notes to an interaction
• View notes that other users have added

I've reviewed the documentation, but it doesn't specify the exact permission set. Can anyone confirm which role/permission(s) must be enabled in order for this functionality to work?

I don't think there is a specific permission to add notes, it is just part of the call.  But this would be worth of an idea in the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab
