In the new multi-panel interface, it no longer shows the phone number by default. But apparently the phone number is still available to be viewed by hovering the mouse over the caller.
It looks like that hover tooltip for phone number is hidden by some permission since it seems to only work for us with our super admin permission. Does any know what permission is required to allow the phone number hover tooltip to show?
