    Can CSRs create their own libraries of canned responses and/or supplement canned response libraries that administrators provide to the CSR team overall?

    Hello Ann,

    Users of PureCloud can only create or edit canned responses through Admin Menu, so unless you want to give the CSRs administrative permissions there is no way to allow them to add new responses to a library.
    Also, there is no way for someone to create a personal library that no one else can access.

    You may submit this recommendation to PureCloud Ideas Lab. Your ideas will be voted on by other customers/partners, and then prioritized by Product Management based upon the number of votes received by each idea.
