    Hi Everyone,

    Just paired a new VM Edge, however while trying to configure webrtc phone trunk its shows as "Interface Not connected"
    I have configured Private IP on the WAN Interface also the Private IP is NATTED on a public IP.
    Can anyone help or provide steps as there is limited information in Genesys Resource Center

    Hi Everyone,

    Just to update you all, post upgrading the Virtual Edge it started working.
    So once you install VM Edge, ensure 1st step is to upgrade it.
