    Hi all

    EDIT: Ignore this, found another thread on the same topic :)

    For anybody using Poly VVX/CCX phones, is there any way to have them be able to search and use the organisation or external contacts directories?  Or have I just missed some config step?

    So, you got it worked out? I saw the ability to add a Custom directory under Network settings

    Hi Will, no don't think I found a solution.  What I think I found was another thread saying it couldn't be done :(  I had raised this idea that got shot down after sitting in limbo
