We just converted to the cloud and have a few Polycom IP6000 phones in conference rooms. We've updated and got them online for a few minutes but they continue to get stuck in a reboot loop. Has anyone had success with these in the cloud or advice for setting them up?

    Hey Stacey,

I was looking internally and I found some info that was able to solve someone else's IP6000 phone boot loop issue. One thing that you can try is to change the signaling to TCP/8060.

To do this you will want need to navigate to:

Phone Management > Base Setting Polycom SoundStation IP6000 >Base Line Appearance >Signaling

Another requirement to look at for the IP6000 (probably not your case):

These models must have a manufacture date of March 2010 or later in order to be supported by Genesys Cloud Voice.

    Hello Jason,

I have confirmed the manufacture date and changed the signaling to TCP/8060. My IP6000 will register to the Primary and Secondary for a minute or two and then restart again. Can you suggest some other settings for me to check?

    Thank you.

Even after all the suggestions, we had 3 of the 5 continue to boot loop. We went ahead and replaced them all with trio 8800 and they are working fine.

    Hey Steve,

Off of the top of my head, I would recommend that the phone's firmware is up to date. If they continue to boot loop, you'll need to open a case with Customer Care.
