    I want to provision a polycom phone with 2 lines

    line to be provisioned by genesys cloud and handling genesys cloud calls, and the second line to connect to Cisco and provisioned by cisco

    is that possible? if yes, how to do this provisioning ?

    You could if you provide the SIP and CONFIG files to the phone with a 3rd-party HTTPS server.  You can place the registrations in the files and then have the phone pull down that configuration instead of as a managed phone.  Here is a link to this:    Manually configure the provisioning information for the Polycom VVX phone - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
