Genesys Cloud - Main

I see there is a way to pop out Chat interactions in Genesys cloud through the commands. Send a chat message - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

But we seem to be struggling to find a similar approach to do so with Web Messaging. I've searched the knowledge base but can't seem to find a method of popping out the interaction to keep both or all three of them side by side instead of placing 1 interaction on hold to view a different one. 

Looking for guidance on how we can do a similar feature to the /popout command from the chat interactions for our web messaging interactions

Hello Emmitt,

I'm not sure that that functionality currently exists. I did see that there is this Idea in the Product Ideas Lab that you could vote on. I do know that our UI Dev team is currently working on some UI updates so please feel free to find and comment on, or submit an Idea of what you would like to see our platform do in the future!
