We have a Sangoma Vega Gateway sending the contents of several phone numbers to Genesys Cloud. For sake of conversation, we will call one of them 555-555-5555.
We have 555.555.5555 Defined in Genesys cloud as a number belonging to us, but not as a Genesys direct number---For the moment ATT owns it.
This number is currently configured and routing calls, Following the path of Fidelity -> Sangoma T1_to_Sip Gateway - Genesys BYOC -> Number Defined - Defined in Call Routing to go to a flow.
Now, If I Port that number through the Genesys Cloud port form to go directly through Genesys Cloud so I can cut the ATT bill, will it just "Keep working"? Will It break the Call routing, or possibly remove itself from the DID list?
