Greetings Training Community:
I am working my way through re-certification of some of the Genesys training topics. I just finished the Genesys Cloud Professional exam and moving onto the Outbound training. I decided to "Enroll" in the Exam first so I could get my testing voucher. This module explains how many questions, what types to expect and so on. It is interesting to note that this doesn't mention what the passing score is (I assume 70% like others, but it's not mentioned)…
Also in this module, they provide 5-Sample questions. This is the first question:

I believe there are 6 because I was studying this to prepare for the Professional exam. The answer is 5 according to the sample question.
After working through these sample questions, I started the Outbound course. Maybe Genesys puts easter eggs in their training to see if anyone will spot them. In module 1.2, you are greeted with a 1:47 video. During the 40-50 sec marker, it shows that there are "6 types of Dialing Modes and tells you what they are". 6 does not equal 5. I had to watch this twice to make sure I saw that correctly…

Then in Section 1.3, in the Introduction to Outbound Concepts, when you review the terms and expand Dialing Modes it also says there are 6-types of dialing modes.

Unless I'm missing something, the training shows there are 6-types, but when you get ready to get an exam voucher and perform the sample questions, you get a question where "5" is the correct answer.
This also "feels" like it should be an exam question and I'm wondering if on the exam, if it counts the correct answer as 5 or 6. That might be worth double-checking.
I thought I'd post it here and see if anyone else has found similar type issues with the training.
I don't know whether there is a bounty for finding easter eggs like this or not. I thought I'd mention it and solicit a friendly conversation.
