I've been successful in doing this with the Agentless API for email. I believe the messages API needs user context and won't successfully run in architect. This should be the purpose of the agentless API.

Thank you Sebastian! I am needing to create a automated response within the inbound email flow, so the Send Auto Reply functionality might be the method leveraged for my use case. I was hoping to find a way to include the email history on the response and the above API appears to include a boolean for historyIncluded. Additionally, during testing, I could and have included the htmlBody variable within the Send Auto Reply action, but am running into a size limitation. So I will keep researching.

Hi Christy,
Are you trying to create an automated response within the inbound email flow? If so you can use the Send Auto Reply functionality within the Inbound Email Flow to send an automatic response.

Is it possible to use this Post API /api/v2/conversations/emails/{conversationId}/messages to create an email reply within an Inbound Email Flow?
I attempted by creating a data action and received error "User does not have a connected communication on the conversation".
Is it the type of authorization the data action is using that is the conflict?
