Hi Reuben,
If no questions have been answered then there isn't an object to open, but the form still shows under the quality summary as it was sent. Hopefully others in the community can comment on if they have found a workaround to populate something in the survey via architect etc that will create the record even if its just to advise of no customer response.

When answering a post survey form ( not selecting any options , just let it play) and then looking at the form in the interaction under quality summary does the form open up. When there is no data at all the form does not open for us. Anyone experienced this?
