Dear Experts ,

we are looking to get data from purecloud to MS Power BI  or to replicate the cloud data to On Premise Data Base (SQL),

is there any documents which has steps ?

If you look in the Developer Tools, there is source code for a Data Exporter and other information about using the Analytics engine to pull information from the API.  There are other options.  First Avtex and PureInsights have engines that can extract data and map it to an SQL-type database in the cloud.  Our preference is Azure DB, but AWS db's also work.  Let me know if you want information about the Avtex offering or look on AppFoundry for Power BI.  

Please remember that data in the API is JSON data - not structured data like you find in a SQL database.  You will need to transform and and map your JSON replies from the API to the column/row structure.
