    Hi All,

    I just recently subscribed to the Predictive Routing . I am trying to evaluate the production queues but the queue evaluations are failing.

    Is there something I missed?

    #Routing(ACD/IVR)
    #Telephony
    #Unsure/Other

    The development team are aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution.
    Will advise as soon as we have a fix in production.

    For those customers affected, this issue has been resolved in all of our production regions.
    We would request that you re-run your benefit assessments for Predictive Routing.
