Is there a way to get Press option reporting out of the API? I want to get an idea of what our guests are pressing.

By "Press option reporting", i assume you mean IVR reporting? If that's the case, that's not available in PureCloud at this time. If you need data from the IVR, you'll have to collect it yourself and use Data Actions in Architect to collect the data you need and send it to an external system for tracking.

IVR reporting is currently in development, but doesn't have a firm release date yet. It's tentatively targeted for Q4, but that's not a firm commitment at this point. I've added your request to the feature.
