Summary: When an outbound campaign goes to voicemail, we want to transfer the call to a flow or somewhere for it to serve pre-recorded voicemails. We have different 30+ variations based off of the contact list column values. I planned to utilize an outbound flow to handle this when we initially started implementation with progressive dialing, but have now decided on preview dialing.
Our call center receive qualified leads which requires us to use preview dialing. Since we are unable to use call analysis response to transfer to an outbound flow to decide which voicemail to play, what is the next best option? We were thinking of blind transferring the call to a flow via Voicemail%20Transfer%20Flow@localhost; however, if the agent transfer right when they hear the voicemail, how can the flow wait until the voicemail is ready to be recorded?
