  • 1.  Problem integrating G Suit with PureCloud

    Hello

    I have integrated PureCloud with G-Suite to log in to PureCloud. I followed the following guide to the knowledge base: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/add-google-g-suite-single-sign-provider/

    But this integration doesn't work.

    This is the information about SAML app in G-Suite:

    Issuer URI and Target URI

    The SAML have permissions for all users.

    When I try to login with Google

    It throws a error 404 page

    I have waited 48 hours, but it doesn't work.

    Do you know what could be the problem?

    I am seeing the same errors testing this on my side.... do you have a support ticket open on this as it appears to be hitting a bug? If you give me your ticket number I can see how we can quickly get it to our development teams.

    @Ricardo Delgado I was able to play with this more this morning and found that if I change the ​Relying Party Identifier on both sides to "mypurecloud.com/google"  it started working. I would say to try this and see if you see a difference in the experience.
