    Hi everyone! 

    Looking to find some more information about speech to text transcription. We recently came across call interaction which profanity is not transcribing. Is this due to the profanity word not being listed under a topic as a single word? We have phrases with profanity but noticed single words are not transcribing. 

    Would we need to create an out of the box topic with single word profanity, to have it transcribed properly? Or is this something which needs to be updated in a different location on the system?

    I know you can create topics with profanity, and they are spotted and you can put them in the sentiment feedback as well, but I think @Ahlem Aniche or @Michael Ray can provide more insight into this.
