Yup definitely gremlins then.
Other than playing around with those dimension and the filetype not sure what else could help.
Fingers crossed someone else has some insight.

It's a picture taken on an iPhone. It's 2.36Mb, 3024 wide by 4032 high (portrait mode) so it seems to fit with those requirements....

Slightly odd one here that I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has seen and / or found a solution to?
I have a profile pic that shows up correctly in Windoze and in the editor when I crop it during upload as a profile pic, but when it saves, it gets rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise!
