Architect is seeing MP3 encoding for some reason. I would bring that MP3 into an audio tool and then save as a wavefile with 8-bit, 8 kHz, mono and try to upload again.
One note, all the TTS providers have in their license agreement that they own all rights to the TTS voices and any recordings made by their tools, so you should check if you are in violation of any copyrights to those recordings.
