We've recently migrated a couple of our smaller business teams to the Genesys Pure Cloud.
We have not decided or not on whether to use Divisions and/or Groups to segregate our teams and their data.
It looks like with doing so, there still isn't a way to reduce visibility to dashboards by division (as those permissions are not division aware) and some other components.
Once we're fully migrated, we will have roughly 15-20 business groups, several of which will have their own sub-groups. We will also be using the workforce management and other WEP tools.
I was curious if other customers have had experience with implementing divisions and if they encountered any issues or "gotchas" with doing so.
