If this has to do with Caller ID name, there's a way in PureCloud where you can push a request to publish a Caller ID name. However this will still rely on the last mile carrier, and may take a while to get published. You can check this

Is there a way to 'register' the DID and Toll-Free phone numbers we have purchased to Utilize Health? We are noticing an issue during our Outbound Dialing Campaign. People we are calling are googling the phone number listed in their Caller ID, which we have chosen as one of our DID numbers, and noticing the phone number does not correlate with our company. So then people think our calls are spam calls. Has this ever been an issue with anyone else during Outbound Dialing campaigns using numbers they have purchased from Purecloud?
