I'm hoping to get some advice or assistance here pleasek;
Our ORG has recently switched from the browser to the application.
Roughly 10 out of our 150 agents are having repeated issues of being unable to open the application. Event Viewer logs are as follows:
This occurs simply by double clicking on the desktop shortcut but doesn't launch the app.
I have repaired, uninstalled/reinstalled the software which will allow the user to open the application then and there, but after a device restart the application will fail again. Their device configs are similar (same versions of OS, application, .Net etc)
I've Google-fu'ed with no luck so am reaching out here!
