    We have just implemented SSO using the Generic SSO configuration within PureCloud with CA Siteminder with  Kerberos Authentication for the SSO..  This works successfully using the Chrome Browser on a windows machine...   We have a specific requirement to enable Screen recording, which will require that we use the PureCloud Desktop app to connect to PureCloud...  We attempted to run the SSO integration with the PureCloud Desktop but failed with a message " "Server Error. The server was unable to process your request.".

    We worked with our Siteminder team and they indicated that in order to have this working we would need to have 2 whitelist specific URL. which they had completed enterprise wide for Chrome..  

    As the PureCloud desktop a s Chromium based application we need of similar whitelisting with the following:

    Below settings added to chrome browser for SSO to work
    --auth-server-whitelist="*.mycompany.com"
    --auth-negotiate-delegate-whitelist="*.mycompany.com"


    Folks, using the PureCloud Desktop had any similar issues, or at least had a specific requirements for Whitelisting under PureCloud Desktop
