    Here all the documentation/ all the topics are covered in online portal, is there any pdf guide for this porta including troubleshooting like they have in pure engage? what is the possibility ? any one knows

    My guess is the platform is changing so often any hard documentation would be obsolete in 30 days.

    Hi Abdul, Unfortunately, there is no way to create book-like PDFs on the PureCloud Resource Center due to the way the site is constructed. One workaround is to use a plugin, such as PDF Mage | A browser extension to save pages as PDF to create PDFs, but this is only creates a single page. Thanks!
