    ​Can you change the IP on a PureCloud edge already Paired to the system?

    Hello BIll, 

    You may need to un-pair the edge and reconfigure the IP address. 

    I will go and check with our Experts to know if changing IP on PureCloud Edge that's already been paired is possible and I will update you.

    Hi,
    yes you can change the ip on the fly no need for the unpairing.
    We just did this on our Edge.

    Would like to advice that beware clicking the ipv6 tab if you are not using ipv6, if you do you need to type something to the form or you wont get out of the settings.There is some kind of form validation which prevents browsing away.
    My colleague did change the ipv6 settings and updated settings to get away and we ended up in situation where edge was unresponsive and had to make factory reset to get it back online.

    at least on Edge hw version3 After factory reset its needed to use dhcp to get edge up and running. After that when Edge is communicating to Cloud its possible to change the ip from the admin settings of PureCloud.
