In the Genesys Cloud Resource Center, you have the following explanation about the creation of the Wallboard Users and the allocation of the corresponding Wallboard Role to these new users (in case several are needed):
Create a wallboard account
Prerequisites
- Wallboard subscription
Your subscription includes the Wallboard Account role, which allows you to configure wallboard users.
- The Wallboard role should have these permissions:

- Analytics>Conversation Aggregate>View permission
- Analytics>Queue Observation>View permission
- Analytics>Dashboard Configurations>View permission
- Directory>User>View permission
- Routing>Queue>View permission
- Analytics>Dashboard Configurations>Edit permission
As an administrator, you can create a wallboard account so that you can display a dashboard without having to pay for and use a full PureCloud license.
- A wallboard account has a reduced permission set compared with a PureCloud user.
- Using the wallboard account allows you to display a wallboard without requiring the use of a full PureCloud license during the billing cycle.
- The first wallboard account is free to use. You will be billed for any wallboard account that you configure after the first one.
To create a Wallboard Account:
- Create a new user. We recommend you use a naming convention like Wallboard User 1, Wallboard User 2, and so on.
- Assign the role Wallboard role to the new Wallboard User you created.
Warning: Do not assign any other role to Wallboard User. If it is assigned another role, you will be charged for the full PureCloud license.
- Create a dashboard.
After you have created the dashboard, you can log in to PureCloud as wallboard user and display your dashboard.
Note: The wallboard user does not have to be logged in to be billed during the period. Wallboard accounts are billed based on the number of wallboard accounts that have been configured, not by log in events during the cycle.

But while attempting to check if the wallboard role exists by consulting the
Roles / Permission section, I cannot find anything (if typing "
wall" or "
dash" in the search field to find this specific role).
I suppose that this role was effectively created by default and available to be associated to a new user account (i.e.: Wallbaord User 1).
Can someone helo me to get this role effectively available by default in Genesys Cloud Platform, and not manually created?
If this role has to be manually created, please provide detailed information about the permissions that have to be allocated on this particular role so as to avoiid invoicing for the first Wallboard user account which is described as to be free of charge in the Resource Center documentation and starting from the Genesys Cloud Updates available since January 15, 2020:
