Actually, there is an option in ORG settings to purge data, but it is system-wide and not at a division level. Also, remember that divisions are object-based, so you might cause data issues if you delete only part of the data because the division only contained queues or just users. I don't think that will ever be a reality. Better to just remove all permission from all users to that division so the data cannot be seen. Here is the resource about data purging - but beware that if you set something there, your data will be permanently gone and you can can't set it back to no purging, but you can set something like 300,000 days. Set the maximum interaction data retention time - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

Subject: purge all the interaction data from GC
Hello,
Just would like to any advice on data purging in Genesys, We have a requirement to destroy all the interaction data of one of the division as that division has closed. As there is no direct option in GC to purge data, we are going through making GDPR requests to delete some of the data, but GDPR is limited to certain endpoints. but the requirement is to delete all the data and after deletion, we should not be able to search them or view them through the interaction page. Has anyone got experience with this? appreciate any advice
Thanks
