    Hi everyone,

    Keen to get some more information on this reporting solution for Genesys Quality Evaluation forms. Does anyone know if the planned solution will include reporting ability on comments linked to individual questions? Also reporting ability on any feedback that the Quality evaluator provides to a question response?

    Hi Deepa,

    I cant see anything confirming that this is included within the idea currently, but it would be worth adding a comment to the idea with your use case so that it can be considered as part of the development

    It would be great to get confirmation on this. I have included it as a comment on the ideas lab but noticed so hopefully someone will respond with confirmation.
