We complete quality evaluations in two parts - the first is following the call and the second is following a CSat process which follow the fulfillment of the service request. The second part of the evaluation can be longer than 45 days after the original call or original evaluation. When attempting to rescore an evaluation after 45 days, we are receiving an error message saying "Evaluation can not be scored because it was created more than 45 days ago." Is there a configuration or setting that can be changed to allow us to rescore an evaluation after 45 days or more?
