    How can I install a certificate when I want to use SSL for communication between Genesys Cloud and other sites?
    What settings are required for SSL on both Genesys Cloud and external sites?

    I assume you are talking about Data Actions.  All client apps connect over HTTPS.  As for SSL, there is no private connectivity into Genesys Cloud.  You can secure data actions using mTLS and limit access to specific IP's.  What communication were you thinking about for SSL?
