  • 1.  Question about navigation "Back" within Agent performance

    I was trying to search for an idea about a "go back option" in the agent performance reporting pages. When in agent performance, you can navigate deeper but can't return backwards, either step by step or fully back in on click. We only see the save the search and reopen to go back as a work around.  Is there anything in the works or any suggestions

    Hello Steven, 

    I moved this thread to the Main community as this is where technical question go. 

    I don't think there is an idea for this in our ideas portal. I would recommend creating this idea though and I will definitely go vote for it, if you come back and post the link here. 

    I have some potential work arounds if you are using a browser. Using the browsers back function seems to do the trick. Also I suggest bookmarking reports that you frequent.
