    Hi everyone,

    I have a question regarding the the Google Cloud Dialogflow CX integration with Genesys Cloud, around the billing/costs of the solution.

    Within the resource center page here https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/google-cloud-dialogflow-cx-integration-overview/ it talks about the below.

    Google prices Dialogflow CX monthly based on the edition, pricing plan, number of requests, the total duration of audio processed, and the total duration of the interaction. For more information about Google Cloud Dialogflow CX pricing, see the Google Cloud Dialogflow pricing page.

    I can see on the google site it has the per minute cost of the audio input/output of $0.06 per minute which is understood.

    My question is, are their any other costs associated in Genesys with this integration? Reason for asking is, I saw this page below, and was wondering if you also need to pay these per minute costs?

    If you check, you need to install the app foundry app and there you will see the pricing Genesys Applies despite other charges that Google can make too

    Hello Daniel,

    "Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flows" is different from Google Dialogflow CX. Dialog Engine Bot Flows are bots native to the Genesys Cloud platform. Unless you have a specific need to use Google Dialogflow, I suggest you take a look. You can develop your bot using Architect and have a consistent workflow across your Flows.

    Back to Google Dialogflow CX. In addition to the Google cost, there is a cost for the Genesys Integration as well. There are different billing models so you'll have to confirm which your organization is contracted for, but Voice will be billed under BYOT Rate C.
    ​Additionally, I know that you can purchase Google Dialogflow CX through Genesys AppFoundry to simplify billing:
