Does Genesys have the technology you can find in several Apps today?  Customers could speak to the agent in their native language (ex: Spanish) and the system would translate and speak to the agent in English.  Vice versa, we could speak in English and the customer would hear responses in their native language.

You can do this now with Chat (and surely Messaging) using the blueprint on the AppFoundry.  Search for translation

This will be part of a future release as well using Generative AI to accomplish this.
