We are using the Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework (in a Dynamics 365 integration) to manage interaction associations. Here's our use case:
- For an interaction in Dynamics 365, we want to automatically revert or reset the related association back to "None" when there is no related CRM record.
- There is no documented / built-in way to "select None" or clear the association via code.
Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated.
