Hello Everyone,
I don't know if this is the correct community to ask this. I have an issue when creating an Admin Role.
I have created an Admin Collaborate Role. (Permissions that grant Collaborate license only)
1. When I add the Collaborate Employee role to a user. The license is Collaborate.
2. When I add the Collaborate Admin role to a user, the license is Collaborate.
3. When I add both the Collaborate Employee and Collaborate Admin Roles to a user, the license is now CX 3.
It looks to be bumping the license up to CX3 even the permissions are all Collaborate license only.
Do you know if this is a bug? I already checked all permissions, and it should be only in Collaborate.
